

Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity Specialist
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Cybersecurity team, with a focus on penetration testing and security assessment activities.
The ideal candidate has already gained initial hands-on experience on real-world projects and is able to contribute with a good level of autonomy to the operational execution of security engagements, including test execution, results analysis, evidence collection, finding management, and support in the preparation of technical documentation.
This role is intended for professionals who have built solid technical foundations in offensive security and are looking to continue their growth within a specialized environment, progressively expanding their scope into domains such as embedded security and automotive cybersecurity.
We are seeking a professional with strong technical fundamentals, a structured and methodical approach, close attention to execution quality, and a genuine interest in deepening expertise in less standardized technology domains. Strong collaboration skills, technical maturity, and the motivation to grow in a highly specialized environment are also key to success in this role.
Responsibilities

Perform penetration testing and security assessment activities across applications, services, networks, and infrastructure

Analyze test results, assessing their technical consistency and security relevance

Collect, organize, and maintain technical evidence supporting assessment outcomes

Identify, validate, and document vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, and misconfigurations

Contribute to finding management, including technical description, classification, and impact assessment

Support the preparation of technical reports and project deliverables

Collaborate with the team throughout the different phases of each engagement, ensuring technical alignment and quality of execution

Progressively develop expertise in specialized domains, including embedded, hardware-oriented, and automotive security
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in penetration testing and/or security assessment activities

Hands-on experience gained through real-world projects, with direct involvement in technical execution

Practical knowledge of core penetration testing methodologies and related execution phases

Experience in at least one of the following areas:

Web Application Security

API Security

Network Security

Mobile Security

Understanding of major vulnerability classes and the ability to technically assess and validate their actual impact

Good level of autonomy in test execution and result analysis

Ability to properly manage technical evidence, findings, and supporting documentation

Strong teamwork, technical communication, and collaboration skills

Genuine interest in continuous learning and in expanding into new technology domains
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure, even at an early stage, to threat modeling, security reviews, or architectural security analysis

Basic familiarity with firmware analysis, communication protocols, or reverse engineering activities

Experience in or genuine interest in OT, embedded, hardware, or automotive environments

Participation in CTFs, personal lab activities, technical research, or self-driven practical projects

Cybersecurity certifications issued by recognized organizations such as OffSec, SANS, or INE
