Bizclap is seeking a Program Coordinator for an on-site role with our client in the Bologna area. This pivotal position will serve as the primary liaison among the client’s in-house engineering team, a key supplier, and the engineering department at headquarters. The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator, fostering seamless communication and alignment across teams to drive the successful execution of transmission projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and alignment with the client's internal engineering team, ensuring the clear definition and management of the project’s technical scope.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors, closely monitoring compliance with project timelines and objectives.

• Support the client’s technical department in decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and presentations on project progress.

• Foster continuous and efficient collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and the attainment of expected project outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in project management or engineering.

• Skills: Strong expertise in Program Management methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities, with a capacity to interact effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset.

• Location: Based in the Province of Bologna, with flexibility for occasional travel.

• Employment Type: Full-time, involving on-site activities at client locations with the possibility of remote work.

• Contract Type: Permanent position under the CCNL Metalmeccanico agreement.
