Starting a new company in a competitive market is never easy, especially one founded just two years ago on March 2023. Yet here we stand, already more than 15 people and collaborating with 12 market-leading customers in the automotive, technology, and energy sectors.


Our journey so far has been an exhilarating mix of challenges and motivation, fueled by a desire to carve out our own space in a world that demands constant evolution.

When we first set out, our aspirations reached far beyond simply becoming another player in a crowded industry. We envisioned building a forward-thinking organization that would be able to provide high-quality operations as:


  • A technology reference for deploying innovative devices and architectures tailored around specific problems

  • A consulting leader in developing and implementing human-enhancing communication tools to upscale the skills of an ever-growing consultant network


These aspirations brought challenges: how do we stand out in a fast-moving market? How do we consistently deliver high-quality solutions? And how do we motivate a tight-knit team with a blend of industry veterans and newcomers?
